These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of delomiogarage.com, operated by De Lo Mio Garage ("we," "us," or "our"). By using this website or booking a trailer rental through it, you agree to these Terms.

Using This Site

You must be at least 25 years old to book a trailer rental, per our insurance requirements. You agree to provide accurate information when booking, including a valid driver's license and proof of insurance.

Bookings and the Rental Agreement

Booking a trailer through this site requires payment and a signed rental agreement specific to that booking, which covers the terms of the actual rental — including damage responsibility, prohibited uses, and deposit terms. These Terms of Service govern your use of the website itself; the separate rental agreement you sign during checkout governs the rental of the trailer.

Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellations made 24 or more hours before your scheduled pickup receive a full refund. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before pickup are refunded in full except for one day's rental rate, which is retained as a cancellation fee.

Payments

Payments are processed securely through Stripe. A security deposit is authorized (held, not charged) on your card at the time of booking and is released after your rental is returned in good condition, or a portion may be charged separately if there is damage, consistent with the rental agreement you sign.

Communications

By booking with us, you agree to receive booking-related emails (confirmations, reminders, receipts) at the email address you provide. We do not send marketing text messages to customers.

Limitation of Liability

This website is provided "as is." We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site, to the fullest extent permitted by law. This does not limit any rights or obligations set out in the rental agreement you sign for an individual booking.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
